Super Quick Tropical Summer White Chocolate Bark
- 360g Good Quality White Chocolate
- 1 Cup JC's Original Tropical Summer Mix break banana chips into smaller pieces
- Place the chocolate into a plastic microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 20 second bursts. Stir well between each burst until the chocolate is three quarters melted, then continue stirring for a good two minutes until the chocolate is smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate into a paper lined 18cm x 28cm slab tin then evenly sprinkle over the Tropical Summer mix. Press any larger pieces into the chocolate. Allow to set at room temperature, then store in an airtight container until required. (If weather is very warm then refrigerate)
- Break the bark into pieces and bag in cellophane as an edible gift, or place onto a serving plate to serve with coffee.
