Let's make it right
We will happily accept the return of products within good reason. These include cases where:
- an incorrect item has been sent to you
- the product has past it’s Best Before upon receival
- the product quality is not up to standard at the discretion of J.C.’s
Please ensure you contact J.C.’s within 7 days upon receipt of the goods with provided photo evidence for verification. You can do this via our contact page or an email through to email@example.com. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund.
If applicable, you may be asked to send your product(s) back to our head office for investigation and they must be received back within 14 days of initial request. Please send via standard postage and keep a copy of postage receipt handy in the event of a refund.
Unopened goods will be refunded in full and will be processed via the same method that you made the payment. Refund payments may take up to 5 business days to be received.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange or provide refunds for products due to change of mind so make sure to review your order thoroughly before check-out. This is the same for products that are compromised due to incorrect storage (always see back of packet for storage instructions).
