Plum and Granola Crumble
Using fresh Plums and our Healthy Nut Granola to create this deliciously simple and guilt free dessert!
- 300 Grams JC's Healthy Nut Granola See previous recipe
- 1 KG Ripe Plums Halved and stoned
- 50 Grams Caster Sugar
- 1 Star Anise
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Orange Juiced and zested
- Over a medium heat place the plums, sugar, orange and spices in a pan with a lid. Cook over a high heat for about 4 minutes
- Reduce the heat and simmer until the plums are soft to touch but you don’t want them to loose there shape or structure. Discard, your star anise, cloves and cinnamon
- Place in individual serving bowls and top with your granola.
