  • 1 Roasting Dish


  • 100 Grams JC's Australian Almonds
  • 100 Grams JC's Australian Macadamias
  • 100 Grams JC's Natural Linseed
  • 50 Grams JC's Australian Sunflower Kernels
  • 100 Grams JC's Dried Apricots
  • 100 Grams Rolled Oats
  • 100 Grams Honey


  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • In a roasting dish, mix together oat, linseeds, sunflower seeds and honey. Place in oven and roast until golden brown
  • Allow to cool
  • Add toasted almonds and dried apricot to cooled mix
