How to make a healthy fruit salad – Our Honey, Lime and Rainbow offering
This recipe is one of our favourites’ and we know that you will love it too. It boasts a sweet and bright honey lime dressing plus a medley of vibrant fruits that never fail to draw the eye.
- Red grapes
- Mandarin oranges
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Half a lime
- ½ cup of J.C’s Almond Flakes
To start, chop all of the fruit into small pieces and combine in a large bowl.
In a smaller mixing bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice and lime zest to create the dressing.
Then, toss the dressing over the chopped fruit and sprinkle with a handful of flaked almonds. That’s how easy it is to make this healthy fruit salad recipe!
