Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

These sweet Pecans are perfect in a home made gift or a treat for you and your family. Why not mix it up and give it a try with Almonds, Cashews or Walnuts?

  • 1 Oven Tray
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk


  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 400 Grams J.C's Natural Pecans
  • 200 Grams Sugar Granulated or Caster
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon


  • Pre-heat the oven to 120°C and grease a roasting tin/baking sheet with oil
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract for a few minutes until frothy
  • Add the pecans and mix until coated.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add this to the pecans and stir to combine.
  • Pour into the prepared tray and spread out into one layer. Roast in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool
