- 100 Grams JC's Australian Almonds
- 100 Grams JC's Australian Macadamias
- 100 Grams JC's Natural Linseed
- 50 Grams JC's Australian Sunflower Kernels
- 100 Grams JC's Dried Apricots
- 100 Grams Rolled Oats
- 100 Grams Honey
Preheat the oven to 180°
In a roasting dish, mix together oat, linseeds, sunflower seeds and honey. Place in oven and roast until golden brown
Allow to cool
Add toasted almonds and dried apricot to cooled mix
