Our production operations give us freedom to develop new products. And get them to market in record time. Packaging at our Knoxfield Production operations gives us an advantage. Our rigorous quality control means you always get Quality Assured products. We can roast or fry, then pack our nuts to have them freshly delivered.
Roasting
We select the best nuts to roast. Our roasting process is designed to keep flavour in. The aroma from the roaster is mouth watering. Batches are kept smaller to ensure the product is crisp and fresh.
To keep the product’s flavour and colour intact, we use the most advanced frying equipment. This minimises oil uptake whilst ensuring consistent quality. Rigorous filtering of the oil keeps maximum flavour. Our oil is as good as it gets. So you can assured of J.C.’s quality.
Packaging
We use very smart packaging equipment. It is high speed, and extremely weight accurate, pack to pack. We feed in all sorts of products, and it handles them all with ease. It’s amazing just to watch in action. This flexibility and capacity gives us the edge when it comes to outright quality, and presentation. We don’t have to rely on others. We do it best ourselves.
Product Mixes
Our extensive range of mixes are all made at our production unit at Knoxfield. We love developing exciting new products, and bringing them to market. By mixing in house, we keep control of product quality, to ensure our customer’s maximum enjoyment.
